hmm. im on 10.3, using a tungsten E and an ibook on an airport network. i wonder if the airport is getting in the way, some people at VT are reporting that routers may be causing some problems?

I think it's your Palm. AFAIK Avantgo isn't yet compatible with Palm OS 5.

I am on airport so its not that. I don't have any proxy to setup.

on the webpage for this software, it directs you to download the "palm executables" from the avantgo website, and there is an OS5 version there.
