I have almost found it! If you look at the bottom, you can almost make out the word "SunSpeed". I ggogled it, and it turns out Sunspeed is the webmaster of this site:

You can see here, in the "girls gallery" two similar variations on this DP showing this graphic but not blue like that. It could easily be modified by someone fairly competent with photoshop, but I'll keep looking for the blue version anyway.
