My USB keyboard. And why ? Because it's still the old one that came with my PowerMac G4 (sold it a long time a go without keyboard) and the keys are black and the lettering is supposed to be white but it has some kind of prodiction defect and the letters are quite grey so in low light it's a bit annoying from time to time. Anyway I'll order ont of those new white ones one of these days. I wish they made aluminium keyboards the white ones are a bit ugly IMO.

A printer. My Mac is mostly used for audio. I don't want to print anything, but life, and my girlfriend have forced this ugly, noisy, hangover from my school days on me. It demands constant attention. paper... ink.... paper... ink... I'd like to stamp on it.

Heh, I forgot I even had a zip drive at home. Haven't used it in months.

Floppies just spell trouble whenever they come through the door, here. You can guarantee that if someone is dumb enough to still be using a floppy that the art on said floppy is probably going to suck.

I'll have people hand me a piece of paper and say "can you make this look nice" and I'll say "Can you email me the content, I don't want to retype all of it"

They then say "sure"... 15 minutes later... "do you have an extra floppy disk."

JUST EMAIL IT TO ME!!! We are on a LAN and all have unlimited bandwidth/accounts...

My keyboard is fairly abused. of course I tend to punch the keys hard so doesn't help. So I'll pick my USB flash card reader. Damn it, Olympus, what is so hard about writing drivers for this fscking camera????

I know it was a joke, but the pro keyboard's janky USB ports can't provide enough power to power a dildo (especially if it vibrates)

Well, I thought my keyboard was my weakest peripheral link, but I just got a Macally IceKey, and it's the best keyboard I have ever used. I love it. Everyone should have one. It's great.

My M$ mouse is getting a little old, but it's fine. It works. Though I have been eyeing the Logitech MX500.... And the new colored ones are nice.

Weakest link currently: my stinkin' 17" ADC CRT. Anyone ever used a LaCie 22" CRT? Is it truly heavenly in person? I've seen the 19" one up close, and it was awesome. I really want me a 22"er.

A G5 would be nice, too.

Man, it's a tossup between my G4 400 Yikes!, my 17" CRT Apple Display, and the original keyboard that machine came with.

But, come next month after that beautiful G5 ships...

I have the lacie 22 at work. It's ok, I had to tweak some color settings to get them how I wanted (imaging dept was somewhat useless, calibration consisted of holding a print copy and a Polaproof up to the monitor and adjusting visually :err). Now, them cinema displays... those are sexy.

Uh, Windows XP.

My Mac is at Apple being repaired for kernel panics (damned thing checks out fine on the hardware run-through and the hard drive was completely erased and the OS reinstalled and with absolutely no software on it and having passed both the quick and extended hardware tests it still has one kernel panic after another ) so I'm on the Dell piece-o-shite until the Mac is back.

Hope it's soon.

Other than that, I'd say that everything is okay.

I'll take it off your conscience (he he). Actually, I bought a wireless mouse a while ago for the wow factor. Nothing really to complain about. Suppose I could use a nicer chair.

Cheers!
