Sweet! I wish I can work for Apple store as well, but too bad I'm living in Fargo, ND right now because I'm going to the University here, and well... there is NO Apple store in ND... or anywhere near here... I've e-mailed Apple about having a store here, but I really don't think that will ever happen. We have about 5 College and Universities in this area, with lots of students and people that live around here, yet... Apple has yet to even take a look at this place. It's sad... the nearest Apple Store is about 4 hours drive away from here.

Congratulations bkatran on being the newest Apple Store employee. It must be an awesome feeling. Do you happen to know what it is that they are looking for in an employee, knowledfe and experinence wise?

i cant really say
they really emphasize teamwork and cooperative learning...like if you dont know something just refer the customer to someone else type thing

im pretty young , most of the other ppl there are probably 22-25

i have limited work background, i was an intern for 3 summers at the us. district court but other than thats it

so its hard to say what they're looking for

When I was 18 I think I had a job flipping burgers. Congrats on the rad job. Be thankful you don't have to work in a greasy kitchen somewhere.

There is no market in ND for Apple - maybe Fargo - but that's pushing it.

Apple Store is 10 minutes away from me.

I have to get a job that I don't hate, let alone one that I could be somewhat interested in. I'm 20 now and I'm still working in an Ice Cream hut/restaurant. Hopefully by the time this winter's over I won't have to go back there. The closest Apple store is about 1 and 1/2 hours and CompUSA is a joke. I spent 3 years in fastfood already, I hate working with food. Congrats on getting the job!

Yes, I was talking about Fargo, and I don't think it's pushing it.
