I'm having a very strange problem in Toast, both 5.x and 6 where audio cds burned directly from MP3 files is not "seen" to have more than 8 tracks in regular cd players. You can select the correct track, but when it starts playing it always plays from track 8 at the offset from the beginning of track 8 that the selected song would start (so track 10 might read as Track 8, timer at 12.12, even though track 8 would only be 3 minutes long).
Another cd I burned from AIFF files is alright, in the past I've always burned from AIFF so I haven't noticed it until now. Burning from iTunes also makes a completely functional disc.
Anyone that has had similar problems?
edit: forgot to mention that I have an eMac 1Ghz w. Combo drive running 10.2.6.
