It's pouring down rain, so I'll be playing with my new 12-inch iBook (it arrived yesterday) and then I'll attempt to beat the final boss in Final Fansaty Crystal Chronicles. Then I'll watch the Kentucky Derby.

Oh, and my mom called and said she's making lasagna (she's Italian), so I'm quite certain my wife and I will go eat with my family. Her lasagna is worth getting soaking wet for, believe me.

I'm in Newton, MA - it's in the mid 70s but I'm stuck inside studying for AP exams and finalizing a paper. Might study outside later though.

Don't try to outweird me, I get stranger things than you free with my breakfast cereal.

Crap weather here. 50 F, cloudy, and a light rain.

Looks like a movie rental day. Or I'll check out what's on Pay Per View.

Unfortunately no, nothing on such a grand scale. The Syracuse International Film And Video Festival will have to suffice for today.

Not a cloud in the blue sky - so I've spent most of the afternoon tearing down an old garden shed (yes, I just looove my chainsaw!).

It's quite cooler today (60F/16C) than it has been recently. It should warm up nicely tomorrow, so I'll likely be out tinkering in the yard.

I'm near Springfield, Mass. so we have about the same weather here as you...

Let's see, woke up this morning at 9AM and gassed up my dirt bike and went for about an hour ride at a track right at the end of my street. I took a nasty spill that shortened my outing, and went home around 10AM.

My roommate and I went outside and threw a baseball around for about 30 minutes before his girlfriend came over... Called up my buddy and we hung out, drank a few beers, grilled up some burgers and kielbasa.

Took off with my friend to go hit a few buckets of golf balls, and came back around 2PM to catch the Calgary / Detroit game. Hung out for a while and cooked up some hot wings, and started watching the Red Sox game (I f*cking HATE the Red Sox).

Just got back from a beer run, and now I'm chilling out at home, getting ready to watch a DVD.

A fine day, IMHO.

Sunny here (300 days a year). I'm going to move a few thousand bricks I put in the wrong spot the other week. This will require some loud Iron Maiden. Oh yeah.

You were wrong about something?

Bricks moved. Heavy metal off. Sinatra on.

I'd been squishing redback spiders with my work gloves, until I found a hole in my gloves.

Now I'm going for a drive (through the national park) to my new patch of sand.

Got up early (06:00) this morning, loaded the truck with our diving gear and my wife and I drove to the boat club. It was a lovely clear morning, sunny and warm. Half an hour boat ride and then did 2 dives on the oil production platforms here, which are effectively artificial reefs. Amazing corals which look drab until you shine a light on them and you realise they're bright, vibrant reds. Lots of big angel fish, barracudas etc. Great fun.

Came home, washed the gear, had a nice long soak together and then was persuaded (!) into having some gratuitous sunday afternoon sex.

Just had a late lunch and sitting here with a beer. We might go for a walk later when it cools off a little and then settle down with a movie and a bottle of wine.

Not a bad Sunday all in all. Oh and tomorrow's a national holiday, so don't have to get up early.

Sorted.

There is NOTHING better than gratuitous mid-day sex on the weekend. Nothing!

Me, I went to work and met up with a friend there who also had to work Sunday and we went for a run. I spent the next seven hours upgrading a bunch of Mac's to Jaguar from OS 9.2 (blech!!!) but thanks to Carbon Copy Cloner it was much less painful than it could have been. Except all of the offices I was working in had lovely views of the bright blue sky that was hanging over DC yesterday.
