Man, what a dissapointment. I waited like 6 months to get an Ostrich egg for 15 bucks at the local farmers market, and it sucked. I mean, I've had Ostrich burgers, brats, and snack sticks, and those were all great. But man, this egg was dry, bland tasting, and it had these littel clear 'chunks' of jello like substance. Blech.
