My K is very sticky. IT's the only key, how do I fix this? I don't think I spilled something, although it may be possible.

Quit looking at porn on your powerbook! Really though, what pb are you talking about? The several I've had over the years are all different keyboards and require different techniques. If it's a new one, try compressed air first, always fixes strange problems for me.

compressed air, or take the key off and blast it with compressed air. Sometimes the rubber pad below will stick, and it cant be fixed. it its not bad, dont worry about it. I got my lb back with more problems after trying to get a sticking keyboard fixed.

Ok what I did was I pulled up on each side of the k key and now it makes a click, but is not as sticky. It actually feels normal now. Interesting

It's stuck again. It seems like if I play with it, press it 10+ times it's ok for awhile, then it gets stuck again. So any info on taking off the key would be greatly appreciated.

If it keeps getting stuck again after getting better, there isnt much hope, the problem is not the key, or how its installed, the problem is the rubber rad that the key is connected to.

The most common sticking buttons are the brightness control and etc keys. Ive decided to live with it after 3 keyboards. At least the most important ones do not stick.

To pull off the key, i used a thick piece of paper wedged it under the left side of the K, and another piece of paper wedged under the right side. Push down all the surrounding keys so you get the paper under the key fully. Then pull up. Once you get it offf you will see how easy it is to put back on. Basically 2 little clips that snap in. If you arent comfy doing it, dont do it.
