I need to create some basic flash slideshows for my website. Besides Keynote, are there any alternatives to Flash?

Do you mean alternatives to Keynote for creating Flash slideshows rather than alternatives to Flash per se? If the former, then try:
BannerZest from Aquafadas
If it doesn't have to be Flash (e.g. a Quicktime movie) there is also:
Photopresenter from Boinx software.

Example of a BannerZest (Pro) simple slideshow in action. Fwiw, the cover flow navigation menu on the page is also a BannerZest (Pro) creation.

Yes, thanks for the recommendations. I'll check them out. Keynote is a quick alternative, but the slide transitions fail to export. I was able to work around that by putting all the different "slides" on one slide and using the build feature, but then the links failed to export.
