How about a hotkey to scroll through windows?
Say, 1-0 or something for the first 5 windows, and just Apple-~ to scroll through ones after 9?
Or Apple-~ for all of 'em and don't worry about the 1-0 thing...
I'm currently working on a hack, but don't hold your breath... unless I don't like you

There are some commands for the different options in the window menu. i can't seem to find them right now, but do a search in the TILs, and it shoudl come up with it. i think there is also a bit about it at about.com.

hope this helps.

not sure if a command like what you are suggesting is in play.
