I have a fluke "nettool" that can find IP addresses of the dhcp servers (along with other things like routers and printers). There has to be an OSX app that can tell me the IP address of all dhcp servers it sees? (Including rougue dhcp servers)

The pickings seem a little thin for this type of tool, but this Perl app might work:
