Futurama Ending This Summer on Comedy Central - IGN
Futurama is coming to an end… Again. EW.com has revealed that Comedy Central is not renewing the series and that the episodes airing this summer on June 19 – the second half of Season 7 -- will be the final ones, with the finale airing on September 4th.
I watched the latest season on Netflix, and ugh. Not a memorable one among them. Still, the first batch on Comedy Central had a lot of gems – Late Philip J. Fry, Clockwork Origin, Mobius Dick, and I'm glad it got a second run.

I have to assume that the writers once again took the time to try and write a final episode on this batch, in case it wasn't picked up for another season. By my count this will have been their 5th final episode (Season 4, 5, 4th DVD, Season 6, and now Season 7). Hilarious but sad.

Season 7 was TERRIBLE. We got through three episodes and couldn't keep watching.

The only thing worse would have been if they had turned Star Trek V into a TV show.
Sell or send me your vintage Mac things if you don't want them.

I liked Decision 3012. The rest of S7 I could take or leave.

I don't remember them being all out terrible, but then again, I don't remember anything about them.

I do remember that the movies they made were all pretty terrible.

The quality on Futurama is just all over the place.

I watch the show, but I'm not going to miss it.

My sig is 1 pixel too big.

I can't say any of the very latest episodes sticks out in my mind.

Not sure of the name, but the episode where they keep traveling forward through time and repeat the big bang etc... is among my favorites. The rest, meh.

Yeah the traveling forward through time episode is call The Late Phillip J. Fry. Dakar mentioned it as one of his favorites.

I thought the Duh-Vinci Code was pretty funny. Animatronio was a riot.

Slick shoes?! Are you crazy?!
