Removing EXIF from image via Aperture?

How do i edit out the EXIF info of an image when I export from Aperture? I want to keep my trade secret, secret,

That's easy. Select the pictures you'd like to export. Then customize the export settings in the save dialog (select the last point in the popup where you set the format preset). A new dialog appears. Just below image format, there is a checkbox regarding metadata. Untick the box and change any other settings you'd like to have changed. Continue with your export. That should do the trick.
