How do my essential apps work in Tiger?

It's really a general OS question, but as long as the Finder and Terminal function as expected*, I'm happy with the OS itself. I've heard Mail has some import problems. I use GMail via the web interface and in Mail on my Macs and Outlook on my PCs, so I can tolerate Mail being unusable or quirky for a bit. But it's all about the apps, you know.
Specifically: Quicksilver, Virtue, Terminal, XCode, Photoshop CS 1, Fire, Photoshop CS, Acrobat 6 Pro, M$ Remote Desktop and Citrix Client. How do my essential apps hold up under Tiger? Any show-stoppers or other serious reasons to hold off on plunking down the $130 bucks until 10.3.1 or .2 is ready?
* "as expected" is, of course, left to individual interpretation

I can confirm that Adobe CS apps, Terminal (this comes with Tiger), Acrobat 6, and XCode all work.

NOt really any show stoppers. You might want to make sure that the software you are using works in Tiger. I know everytyhing you stated works in Tiger except for Citrix which I haven't heard whether it does or not. Tiger also comes with a new version of XCode so it will work.

I've heard that the Citrix client doesn't work under Tiger, but I can't try it myself until my copy is delivered.
