Check this out: Kameraflage Effect.
It's a cool trick where you can see a hidden message when you tilt your screen back - like it just appears! hahah!
Bit it goes on to show you how you can make this effect yourself using Photoshop - looks really easy too. I'm going to see if I can get it to work.
I won't spoil the surprise, but I think I'm going to send this guy a text message LOL ;-)

Yea, LCD's vertical contrast shift can be really annoying sometimes.

Only with LCDs that use TN panels. An LCD with a PVA or IPS panel won't do that.
