can't open monitors control panel

i am running os 9.04 on a dual-processor g4...

i can open the monitors control panel because i am missing the "AppleGuideGlueLib"

i've reinstalled the OS and the studio display software, to no avail.

any thoughts? (or just links to where i can download the missing file)

Make sure you have the Apple Guide extension enabled and running.
