1GB RAM iBook PowerBook PC2700 Kingston 200pin KTT3311A

1GB RAM iBook PowerBook PC2700 Kingston 200pin KTT3311A
This is real Kingston genuine 1GB RAM for an iBook or PowerBook upgrade, PC2700 2.5v 1GB RAM 200 pin. This is NOT RAM that is only compatible with or may be used instead of real Kingston RAM, this is real Kingston RAM.

KTT3311A/1G DDR SDRAM SO-DIMM

I'm using this RAM right now in my iBook, so it's guaranteed to work.

Please note that I only use expedited shipping so both you and I can track the progress of your purchase once it is being forwarded by courier. Quick payment means quick post. Costs include packaging and handling as well as postal fees.

The picture for this auction is from my system profiler, giving you an exact picture of this RAM better than taking a photo of RAM that isn't in a working laptop. My plan is to take out this RAM once bidding starts.

Compatible with these APPLE iBook Laptops:
12" Models
Apple iBook G4 800MHz to 1.33GHz
14" Models
Apple iBook G4 933MHz to 1.42GHz

Compatible with these APPLE PowerBOOK Laptops:
12" Models
Apple PowerBook G4 8.67MHz to 1.5GHz

15" Models
Apple PowerBook G4 1GHz 1 to 1.67GHz

17" Models
Apple PowerBook G4 1GHz to 1.67GHz

When replacing or installing RAM, always use caution including ESD practices, electrostatic discharge practices, use a grounding strip and ground yourself properly.

i don't think these are compatible with the last revision "hi-resolution" powerbooks (the 15" at 1440x960 and the 17" at 168001040) since they used DDR2 ram

should mention that you're in canada. could be a deal breaker for some

Thanks for your note.

I'm in Toronto, Canada, but will ship anywhere in the U.S. or Canada. Shipping includes tracking, I use Canada Post's Xpresspost.

Which computers should I delete from the list of compatible models, then?

you actually don't need to delete any models from your list. there were 1.67ghz powerbooks with DDR memory, and 1.67ghz powerbooks (with hi-res screens) that used DDR2 memory. there were 2 different versions of the 1.67ghz powerbooks.
