I absolutely love the wallpaper on the 20 inch displays on the Apple website.
Does anyone know where I can find it?

It is not called wallpaper.  It's called desktop picture.

 but it would be almost impossible for you to get the same pic. Apple does not release a desktop picture copy for everyone to use. I guess it's more of license reason.
It would be really nice to have that image though

Check out spymac.com sometime in future...the desktop pictures Apple uses like the one your after, often pop up in the gallery section on spymac.com
For example, the Powerbook G4 road photo is there.
