Who has the best prepaid plans in the Southern California area.

The best is very vague, so I will break it down:
1. Great coverage
2. Great prices.
3. Great service.

I have a backup prepaid phone and I'm actually pretty happy with Verizon, if you just need simple phone service. For smart phones there's a lot of choice, MetroPCS, Virgin. It depends how much you want to spend. T-Mobile's prepaid phone options look rather limited.

Oh no, At&t has been beaten by haha! I recently just came back from Vegas and my calls were getting dropped constantly.
