I need help on multisession CD burning with toast. What I want to do is to fill a CD "in chunks over time". I want to be able to store photos on a CD, trash them from the hard disk, shoot some more, add them to the CD without losing the previous burned ones and reclaim that space from my HD.
I have failed in accomplishing this everytime I tried.
I used toast titanium 5.1 PR#2 and now the final version without success.
Here is what I do:
I choose burning an ISO 9660 format CD
I drag the files to the window, then burn with the "Write Session" button.
Then I close Toast, eject the media and test it: works fine.
I open Toast again, choose the same format (ISO 9660 CD-ROM XA, Joliet naming, use Apple extensions) and drag other files.
When I am prompted to insert the CD I put the previously recorded one.
Multisession option dialog appears and I choose "Append to". Burn.
The files are added.
When I want to do it the third time, it is impossible. Toast tells me that the drive reports a kind of restart error and I cannot add more files.

WTF is going on?

How do you record multisession CDs?
Does anyone is interested in accumulating files to a CD and reclaiming that space from their discs in chunks of little space?
Thanks a lot for your help!

Y no entienden nada... ¡y cómo se divierten!...
