As a Spanish speaking person, I hereby offer my services as a "localizator". If yoy send me the text(s) and commands to be localized, I will gladly do the job. Please give me about 1 week to complete the job, as I will do this completely part-time (spare-time, I guess). Taking that fact into account, I will do this in return for nothing, but I will not get offended if I get a free registration number for the app, or a mere inclusion in the credit list.
