Apple has started the back to school promotion which allows students to receive a $100 App Store gift card when they purchase a Mac or $50 gift card when they purchase an iPad or iPhone. Are you attracted by this surprising offer? Which would you like more then?

They used to give a free iPod touch with any Mac purchase, this $100 app store gift card is quite a bit less substantial.

actually, I am holding out until October to buy anything from Apple.
2 iphones, 2 iPads and an Apple TV, maybe a Mac mini, and three hard boiled eggs.
