Is Powerbook dying?

	I have 2004 version 12" Powerbook G4. I have observed recently that the liquid in the screen is shaking a lot when I try to adjust the screen position . There is no difference or deterioration in quality of picture. The Powerbook is not greatly used all these years. What could be wrong? Do I need to do anything?
