Has anyone used Grand Central. I heard about it from the Windows Weekly podcast today an would like to try it out. It sounds like the next big thing for phones.

Yes I use it all the time. It's easy to use, and has lots of nice features.

I've used it for months, it is my only number. Goes to my cell, home and work numbers all at the same time. I've lowered my monthly cell bill a lot because I'm able to pick up on the line I'd like to.
Works great, great voicemail system. One number for life, not too bad.

So their web site being no help in finding rates, how much does this cost? The Terms of Service mentions bill payment, so it apparently isn't free...
