Silicone caulk. That window film you shrink with a hair dryer. Cloth tubes filled with sand. Lotsa stuff. Pretty much anything that lbocks the flow will help.

Duct tape and garbage bags.

Wait, was that for insulation or in case of biological warfare?

You need special winter-grade hampstors. The regular hampstors stop running at 25 F and go to hibernation.

Weather strips from your local hardware store. They come in different sizes... so take a few sec to figure out how thick you'll need them. Too thin, they won't really work - too thick and your doors/sashes will not close properly.

Unfortunately, this is probably the worst time to install them as you typically will need to open the door/window to do that....

Cold weather, biological warfare, whatever. It WILL work to stop drafts on the short term. Depending on the age and quality of the doors and windows in question, it may take a LOT of tape though.

And once it's Spring, get the stuff checked out before it gets to be Summer and you're worried about all the heat coming in-because drafts aren't going to be your problem then-cooking indoors (that is cooking YOURSELF) will be.

And centerchannel68's spot on as well. As a quick fix, tape around the windows and use rolled towels or "door snakes" (the cloth tubes filled with sand he mentioned) under doors. When it's warm during the day, use the silicone caulk to fill in spaces that are obvious either through seeing or feeling them. That shrink film can be hard to find, but plastic trash bags taped up will serve until you can find it. As he said, whatever it takes to stop those drafts is what you need to do.
