When I first saw this thread's title I thought it meant MacNN itself dying.

This morning I'm feelilng less saddened by such a thought:

Who else has browsed the MacNN Home and *enjoyed* the POPUP-ish add for Ford Mo Co ? I view via the "Legacy" still -- and in Safari I could not even get the thing to go away by clicking the 'X' box.

It's less about being "commercialism" - it's more about cluelessly aggravating your customers (on part of both Ford and MacNN).

Please get a clue, MacNN
