Jobs must wear that black shirt, even when he's spying on the competition. Dude, be a little discreet.

Wow, he's really got the whole Posse there tearing the thing up.

Anywho, that player came out a couple days before the nano and the seamless display is sorta cool but next to the Nano it looks retarded.

The seamless display was the only cool part.

The Sony gadget looks cool. But what kinds of specs does it have? And since we already have a couple of iPods, is there ANY reason for me to be interested-except that it looks kind of cool?

Nope. It is also much larger than it looks there.

Sony stuff is pretty chintzy, from their phones to their "network" Walkmen, I avoid Sony like the plague. Apple and Samsung have much better looking products.

The only thing that's cool is how the display is integrated in the whole thing.

Sorta. Some stuff is just cheap crap that Sony throws their name on just to make a buck without having to spend any money on it. Other times, it's ghettofied sony, trying to make money by chroming parts of the product, and making it more 'bling' to appeal to the fairly stupid hip hop crowd (OMG SHINY IT MUST BE GOOD!) Other products, the 'real' sony products as I like to say, are overbuilt and of very nice quality.

Example:

Cheap crap.

Chromed garbage that's trying to be better than cheap crap but underneath the paint and fancy buzzwords it's still cheap crap

High quality product with high quality materials with a high quality price tag.

i used to have a pair of those, they sounded AWESOME, but the design was bullsh*t... mine broke right around the swivel mech, and i am no DJ... I also had a friend whose broke in the same place... they sound great, but the design was just some "blingy" case...

I much prefer my Sennheiser HD280PRO's MUCH more comfortable...

I do think that screen is cool, I bet steve will implement that into the next ipod... PERFECT for the chic crowd the iPod is targeted after...
