Has technology made you more social/less social?

Years ago there was all this worry that with computers and cellphones people would spend less time interacting with one another and just sitting at home.
I have found that with computers I am 10x more social than before. You?

I went from anti-social to merely unsocial, so I guess I'm movin' up.

At home: I'm about the same.
At work: I'm less social. I simply don't need to be... I can email our groups information... no need to call. We have telecommuters... (my boss lives 1000+ miles away... and we communicate via email and IM most of the time and by phone when needed).

Go away, I'm busy!
Just kidding. Technology has let me keep in touch with distant friends more easily, but reduces my daily social interaction with people who live near me. Then again, having a kid has had a bigger negative impact on my social interaction with people over the age of 2.

I'm less social, but I think it has more to do with my age then with technology.

Neither. Use technology when necessary, and use traditional method when proper.
Having said that... I was talking to a co-worker all day yesterday via IM .. it wasn't 'till 3pm that I actually saw her. Kinda weird - especially when she's right next door.

Perhaps a fourth option:
4 - Technology has had no effect my social life.

More social. Entire groups of friends can communicate about an event at the same time via email, rather than in 50 different conversations.
When I have parties I can easily fire off a quick email to a few hundred people to let them know it's on, even if it's a last minute thing.
Instant messaging can (at times) be a lot quicker, again to communicate with multiple people at the same time.

Technology has made me more social. It has allowed me to meet a fantastic lady like Cody. Feel honored to have her as a friend.
