so based on this event that will be happening what do you think of http://www.engadget.com/2008/10/10/n...9300-chipsets/ this?

Also will we be using the quad core i7 or that won't come out for a while?

Well there are a few HP laptops that can be customized (via the store) to hold an nVidia 9600M GT 512MB, so I wouldn't be surprised if the new MacBooks had their own chipset (9300/9400 128/256) and the Pros take it a step further (9600 256/512).
