Is there any danger the perpetrator got the wrong house and was actually looking for yours?

I feel I probably deserve it more. Two nice, old guys live there.
I did walk by one evening and see one of them in the garage with his pants down.
We made eye contact, so he knows I saw him, but it's one of those things we mutually decided to pretend never happened.
