While most of you here in the forum seem to know how to avail yourselves of our attention, I write this for the benefit of the Googlers and stumblers-upon.
It should only take us a few days to answer your email. If you haven't heard back, send it again.
The forebrain being the engine of focus and pattern matching that it is, it seems like this has been happening a lot lately: people writing or calling and saying they've been having a problem with Delicious Library and wrote us an email as long as a year ago but have yet to hear back.
We get a lot of spam, so sometimes mail gets lost. I strive for a turnaround of 24 hours, but sometimes—especially lately, with business, the holidays, and some wackiness with our ISP—it will take a few days.
In general, though, if you send something twice, I won't get offended.
