Hi,

is there any possibility to show correctly japanese Sega Saturn titles (CD-Jewel Box) in
Delicious Library?
Is there maybe a possible "hack" how to force this, even when Sega Saturn is given as variable for Platform?
Or maybe to add a variable which assumes that when selected to use a CD-Jewel Box?

When selecting "Sega Saturn" it will automatically use the long DVD-like Box from european or US Sega Saturn games (which make Radiant Silvergun looking awfull in my library ;-) )

Thanks for your help,

SolSat

If you change whatever the format field is to "CD-ROM" it should change the DVD covers to CD covers. You may need to restart Delicious Library for the change to take effect.

If it means something to you to have the default "Video Game" in the format, you can make CD-ROM the first item, then add a new line by typing option-enter.

As for the size, having the word "Saturn" in the platform field will make the item tall. If you delete the platform value, it will go to regular CD case size, but then you have no platform value (which may not bother you.)

The thing to do would be to make up a platform value to represent the Japanese Sega Saturn games, but which doesn't actually contain the word Saturn.

"Japanese Sega" works or you can use the Japanese name, セガサターン

Thanks, I will go for your solution with the "Japanese Sega" ;-)
Would be great if in the next version you could add the possibility that when given "language = japanese" for a saturn game, to use the CD-Jewel Case

If you need to change your video game format from the DVD style to the CD style or vice-versa, you will also need to clear the pre-rendered image cache so the covers will redraw.

To do this, go to
~/Library/Application Support/Delicious Library/Images/

Delete the large, medium, and small image folders but not the plain image folder.

Start Delicious Library. All should be well.
