Sorry if this has been posted before, i did a quick search that came up with nothing. Feel free to timeline me if it has, though.


Anyway, my friend sent me a link to this site, The informmation store and, well, needless to say, the layout looks more than a bit familiar. Has anyone seen this before? I guess creativity is hard to come by on the internet nowadays... although i guess that shouldn't surprise me

Apple's design has been swiped many times because it works quite well.

I heard a while ago they hired a web designer to do a full overhaul. Wonder what became of that...

It's an ugly rip off of Apple's site. No attention to detail.

And I think that Zeldman and Douglas Bowman were hired to help bring them up to snuff on standards. I don't think they were going to do a full redesign though.

Correct, you are, sir. From what I can see all they've done is add some CSS code here and there.
