I changed my account user picture under System > Accounts and now I don't see how to get it blank again. This is annoying me.

Also, when you do choose a picture, does that mean every email goes out with the picture you have chosen since Mail shows it in the upper right corner?

Nobody can see the "account" picture in your e-mails, don't worry.

You should be able to make the account user picture default again by going into the Address Book and deleting the image off of your Address Book entry.
