He used the cash in his left hand to buy the ipod, but then realized it didn't come with headphones and that is why he has an AK-47 in his other hand and a mean look on his face.

That's 'cause it's an older one. I have a 60GB "iPod Photo" that looks exactly the same. Except I haven't modified my face and I don't have an AK over my shoulder. Not at the moment, anyway.
