Just wondering...

I'd have to pick Glory, due to the "classic" feel Horner inspired.

Empire Records gets a solid 2nd though!

Ghost In The Shell, Three Colours: Red, and To Live And Die In L.A. are certainly way up there in terms of favourites.

As with anything music related, I can't ever pick a fave.

LOVE it. I'll eat up anything Peter Gabriel puts out. Waiting for Up and I'll pick up that new sound track as well.
Check out Passion Sources as well- all the musical sourse stuff for Passion... as the title would indicate.

Hmmm... movie soundtracks? Not one of my best catagories.

Lemme' think...

Well, I thought High Fidelity had a pretty cool soundtrack.

Oh... Groove had a good one, too.

I'm a fan of John Williams from the "Jaws" days, and JP was great music. He also did really good march work on "1941" and Indy.

My number two - "A Clockwork Orange" by Ludwig Van and Wendy (then Walter) Carlos. The TRON soundtrack is a close competitor.

Wrath of Khan soundtrack and Star Trek: The Motion Picture soundtrack, one done by Goldsmith and the other by Horner, but I can never remember which one.

Randy Newman has to be one of the alltime greatest soundtrack composers, though, and he's a pretty cool guy to boot. "Toy Story" and "A Bug's Tale" rock.

How about Grease! I love that movie and the songs are all great sing-a-longs.

By the way, is that movie out on DVD yet? Nevermind I just checked over at Columbia House and oddly enough it's coming out Sept 24th. That's a must have!
