I've been trying to do this for hours and I can't figure it out, although I bet it's a really easy solution.

I wish to center this site vertically. Meaning that what ever the viewers browser is set to the site, the two blue bands, will appear in the middle of their browser. Hope that makes sense.

your current content is in a table. so if you put that table inside another table which is horizontally and vertically aligned it will work.

put this code just after your body tag. you might not need the center tag.
Code:
<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border=0 height="100%" width="100%"><tr><td align=middle valign=middle><center>
and then just close out the table at the end of your html
Code:
</tr></td></table>
