[Curiosity]

In my standard account, the finder list view is striped, with alternate lines being white and light grey. In my admin account, that view has a solid white background. How did that happen? How would I get the Finder to look the same in the admin account as in the standard account?

Could be either a setting in the Appearance System Preference panel, or a Finder preference. I'd try looking through the Appearance first.

I'm not sure which .plist file stores the Appearance preferences, though, if you wanted to delete it.

I do not see any references to the Finder list view background in the Finder preferences, the Finder view options, or the Appearance system preferences.
