Carbon fiber? Forget about it. Airbus Industrie is having problem with the massive wing span of the huge double-decker, 800-passenger plane, because of inconsistent/unmatched flex between metal and carbon fiber.

Until flexible OLED is widely availble, we can forget about 100% carbon fiber body. Magnesium, titanium, or aluminum alloys will have to do for now.
