Meh. If you watch this:

you find that the car is already totalled, and he's just having some fun before parting it out. Turns out the guy probably bought it just for the bits of kit on it, and wanted to thrash it. Also, the OTHER wheel is spinning, because it has an open diff. Still do not understand the hatred of neons, considering they outperformed anything else similar domestically, and they were faster than any stock civic, and most modified ones.
