Did anyone watch it? WW is probably my favorite show, but I have physics lab Wednesday night from 7 - 9 pm central so I don't get to watch it any more.
I've heard it was really good, and I'm trying to find a script online but I'm not having any luck...anyone know where to look?

Why not tape it?
I have class until 9 on Wednesdays, and the travel time back home means I miss the first half hour or so. I've got a TV card on my computer, so I have it record it there. If I still had the remote I need to access the scheduling on my VCR (which pretty much every VCR ever has had) I'd do it there. Not a big problem.

I saw it good TV. I heard from a student that they downloaded itso it's out there. You will need to see it next week if you watch this week's.

I missed it too. I'm a bit worried about Sorkin's departure, but I'll certainly give it the benefit of the doubt for the first few weeks to see if it's as good.

Hrm. I'm not sure if its a good thing or not. Perhaps the left could create another government funded program to provide residents with more information about the program! yeah! That's the ticket!
Or maybe they could create a government program to do.... or...bla.. etc etc etc.
If the left was in power, you'd give up all your paychecks to taxes, and there'd be a government program for everything.

Wow. It took less than five replies for this thread to derail...
Anyway, I would have taped it had I trusted my dumbass roommates enough not to dick around with the tv. I just got paid today, so I may be investing in a cheap TV/VCR combo that I can safely lock in my room.

Yeah, it (the premiere) misses the input of Aaron and Tommy. But, after four years -sometimes it's time to move on.
The West Wing is a great show.
Yet, it's an expensive show to produce from a production standpoint. You have location shots, two soundstages worth of sets. All the light work for tracking camera shots alone costs in the millions. There is the brilliant but expensive cast. Also, the idea that you can produce a show about political leaders and their staff without being too liberal or conservative at some point is troublesome. I wouldn't be surprised if this wasn't the final season.
Then again, I was thrilled to see my favorite FBI agent female Annabeth Gish on the show. Wasn't she also Nixon's daughter? I guess she traded up that nine millimeter and flashlight. Hopefully, she'll get bored quick and rejoin David, Gillian, Robert and Chris for the second X Files film.

Yeah, I agree SVCDs are superior, but not many of the "mainstream" DVD players will play these discs. Plus, since this guy is dying to watch the episode, it's best to keep the download on the small side.
