It's a musical symbol for a certain... hm, in German it's Tonlage. As ProfX calls it: BASS

Oh, my. Now I REALLY feel stupid. I'm a semi-professional saxophonist and I didn't even pick up on the fact that this is a bass clef! Of course, we play in treble clef, but still...I know what a bass clef is! I just assumed it was some sort of obscure computer symbol taken from a Japanese anime movie or something.

Ah, the growing trend. See, I'd do that, but I just bought the iBook AppleCare. Would be an incredible waste of money

I mean, it's cool and all...but shouldn't you wait a year for the warranty to expire before you void it by doing something as minor as inserting a piece of paper in there?

Just my thoughts.

I like it, the older iBook wasnt my favorite but the the Dual USB iBook is much more to my liking. Things like this just reinforce the ability to personalize this model in a much more elegant way than the pervious model allowed.

Nice job!

FMyI, what is the significance of the original "ALL YOUR BASE ARE BELONGS TO US" ??? It doesn't seem very funny at all, and I'm curious as to why, like, a billion people post it and/or have it on their sites. . .let me know

thanx
A computer without Windows is like a cake without mustard. . .

. . .and as always folks, please remember to rewind your DVDs

It's a poorly translated phrase of Japanese from a Sega Genesis videogame circa 1989. It's funny in most peoples' opinion because of the dry humor in the poor translation. I have a fairly high-end Sony shortwave radio. It's a niche market product, so Sony did not bother with the expense and time investment involved in having the radio manual properly translated. Literally, there are phrases in the manual like, "Please to be enjoying melodic radio sounds as you are liking to proper manipulation orientation of antenna."

If you're in the right mood it's funny. Though not as funny as it would be if I tried to translate something into Japanese.

I've a question. Does this REALLY void your warrenty, I mean is there a way anyone could tell you did it if before you took it in for service you removed the paper?

PS. Sanford, your from GodGames? *X Looks both ways to check for mods*. Is there gonna be 4x4 evolution 2 for Macs? *X missed the mod right behind him*

G4Man-

I'm assuming your copy of The Phantom Menance was a VCD, but my questions are these:

Do you have the DVD version?
How good does the VCD movies look?

Thanks! Great pictures!
