my granny bought herself an iMac about 2 months ago. Now she is using outlook express, explorer, appleworks etc. oh and she is 91
It is her first proper computer

Very cool... Have you told her to come to MacNN? Has she reigstered here? If she hasn't... here are some suggestions for a MacNN name...

She writes a lot of letters and someone gave her an ancient computer but it died, then someone else gave her another ancient compueter which also died, and then we talked her into buying an iMac.
now she writes letters and sends email!! not sure if she would be all that interested in macnn but you never know, she is just back from italy so she will probably fire up her iMac tomorrow

oh and her couch is not flowery
