Hello there, I set Firefox to be my default browser, but when I click a link in an email in Mail, Firefox does open, but it opens my home page instead of the link from the message. If I set my default browser to Safari, Safari handles my mail links appropriately. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Are your Firefox preferences set to open your homepage when launching Firefox?, I know this sounds too obvious but I can't figure it out…

Yes, actually, it is set to open the home page. Safari is set up the same way, but when I click a link in Mail with Safari set as the default, it handles the URL correctly. For some reason, there seems to be an issue with Mail passing the URL to Firefox (or with Firefox's subsequent handling of said URL).

what version of firefox? Try upgrading to version 3.

Let me correct myself... If Firefox is already open, it behaves correctly by opening a new tab with the URL from Mail.app. However, if FF is NOT open, it opens with the homepage.
