Has anyone forked over the cash to listen to these podcasts?

I'm a fan of his, but after watching the free video podcasts, I don't know if the show is worth paying for. The whole Karl Pilkington bit is a bit annoying.

And why are the short, free previews available with video, but the full downloads are just audio?

I listened to them when they were free and bought two or three, and yes, there are usually some very funny bits.
I usually listen to my iPod on my walk into work, and I always had to worry about looking like a maniac when I was grinning and almost laughing out loud from listening to their podcasts. Might buy a couple more actually. Give them a shot, won't cost much to give it a go.
