Hope you have fun in talking with spare parts; it is true you do not want to have a conversation with a woman just sex.
That has to be about ten times shallower than what you accuse us of. The human body is a work of art, and human beings are, through the ages, programmed to be attracted by attractive people. As is noted elsewhere in this thread, the female physique provides significant indicators of her health and potential for producing offspring. This is referred to as survival selection. Women tend to be attracted to muscular, athletic-looking men for similar reasons-these outer features show the potential for the man to be a good provider of food and protection.
For what it's worth, I believe that the Western world has been selectively breeding for women with larger breasts over the past 150 years or so. The evidence is pretty obvious, at least on an empirical level.
But if you must condemn us for appreciating the feminine form as artwork, then at least be honest and admit that you find physical traits attractive too. Whether you bother to look at pictures of people you find attractive or simply remember images doesn't matter.

then can't one say that nature is the artist and the human body is the artwork?

Wow, while we're selecting single definitions of the word "art", I'll throw this in:
art1
–noun
1. the quality, production, expression, or realm, according to aesthetic principles, of what is beautiful, appealing, or of more than ordinary significance.
If you think art has a one line definition, you got a lot to learn.

Sure, but I felt like piling the scorn on Monique's statements along with the others who replied to her recently. And her post made me mad. We're not pervs or something for appreciating something we're wired to appreciate, we're just appreciating it. I have a couple of gay friends that like pinups-of women. Is that perverted? No, they like the artwork and the feminine physique. But saying that looking at pictures of women is bad is just silly and hypocritical.

Good question, since that picture is there several times!

Perhaps it would have been better to say that the human body can be appreciated as art? That would have been clunky wording... Or better, "representations of the human body, such as these, are works of art"? Probably the latter is better.
Of course you knew what I meant-and so would Monique if she had read my post.

that tyler durden guy is an amazing asshole. Such refined abilities to destroy humanity are rarified air, indeed. a highlight:
JENNA JAMESON IS A SEXY KISSER - What Would Tyler Durden Do
I spend most of the day trying to keep my penis AWAY from diseased wombs that are basically killing chambers for a penis, whereas Tito drops it in and stirs it around. I tip my cap to you, brave sir.

Jenna hasn't had the best time of late. I understand she's had surgery for skin cancer or something like that, and maybe some cosmetic alterations-her face is nowhere near what it used to be. Kinda sad.
