Definitely Iz.
And get a projector, hook it up to your mac, and load the dashboard with that Hula Girl widget.

Because that's not Hawaiian music?
A few more "mainstream" suggestions: Jack Johnson and Jake Shimabukuro.

close enough though. any haole on the mainland won't care about the intricacies of the playlist, they just want something to drink to that kinda matches the kiddie pool of sand on the floor of the living room.
hell, even some jimmy cliff or anything kind of "island" in general.

I know this has nothing to do with this subject. But, there is a new employee here and she is today's georgeous and has a rich boyfriend and in 2 weeks she is going to Hawaii and I will be burying my brother. It makes me sick to hear her talked about the incredible trip she is going to make and I am in hell. But, beauty always win.

Bury your brother in Hawaii (maybe in her hotel lobby).
<- Problem solver.
ps: I really am sorry to hear about your brother. Death almost always sucks.

With that logic, people buy my CDs all the time with that intention. I also play MANY luaus every summer.
