Changes in iOS 7 beta 3 so far appear to be relatively minor, users note. Fonts, for example, have between switched to Helvetica Neue Regular from Light, making them thicker and easier to read, while the Status Bar has been increased in size for better legibility. Smaller Helvetica Neue fonts are still used in some places, but rarely.

Similar cosmetic changes include a new app update/install animation, and a reverted clock icon in the Control Center. Siri's voices should sound more natural, and during music playback, the lockscreen will now show the time.

The Music app has been slightly modified with new icons, rearranged controls, and the return of ratings. The Podcasts app has been made functional, and Calendar will now show small gray dots on days with events. Safari has lost the ".com" button in favor of a period, but the key can be held down to show .com, .net, and .org domain extensions.

Apple, by simply changing the font size invalidates the hundreds of critical articles from various pundits about their BETA software's font choice! Wow, now they can write articles about how the larger top line display impinges on the down arrow.... can't wait to read THOSE continued criticisms of beta software ....

vinnieA2 -

Apple, by simply changing the font size, validated the importance of feedback during the beta period (which is ostensibly the point of beta software, is it not?).

If your point is that somehow people were wrong for sharing their opinions, Apple listening and making changes does not support that. It says that the company values feedback to some degree and will use it to make a better product. That's a good thing, both for Apple and its customers.
