I saw a short section on BBC1 (UK TV) about how they did the Weather sections after the news. And gues what, the entire thing is done on Macs. From the creation of the maps and the gathering of the actual weather prediction info, to the control of animated display that appears behind the weatherperson on TV. I was quite amazed. I allways thought the BBC weather looked 'slick', now I know why.
