Hauppauge WinTV HVR-950 USB TV adapter for sale for $60 shipped.
This is the exact same hardware as the EyeTV Hybrid except that a portable antenna instead of a composite breakout cable, and WinTV instead of EyeTV 2 software are included. However, the EyeTV software can be downloaded from Elgato's website and works perfectly with this adapter.
